Group B vitamins play a fundamental role in the human body: they contribute to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and support the energy metabolism. Group B vitamins also play an important role in the normal functioning of the immune and nervous system.
Vitamin B also sustains the protein and glycogen metabolism.
Daily dose and directions for use: recommended daily intake is 1 capsule with a sip of water.
